Deleting your data

How to have your information removed from NIM Reach, whether you run a business that uses it or you received messages from one.
If your business uses NIM Reach
- Delete individual contacts from Contacts → open the contact → Delete.
- Disconnect your WhatsApp number from Settings → Numbers → Disconnect. The stored access token is deleted at once.
- To close your account and delete everything in your workspace, email support@nexinfinitymeta.ai from the account owner's email address. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
If a business messaged you through NIM Reach
- Reply STOP to the business on WhatsApp to stop marketing messages straight away.
- Ask that business to delete your details — it controls its own contact list.
- Or email support@nexinfinitymeta.ai with your phone number and the name of the business. We will pass the request to the business, help it act on it, and reply to you within 30 days.
