Is this the official WhatsApp platform?
Yes. NIM Reach sends and receives through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, the official API for businesses. Your number stays yours.
Who pays for the messages?
Meta charges per message, at its own rates, billed to your business directly. NIM Reach adds nothing to that charge.
Can I send a photo without any text?
WhatsApp needs a little text with every broadcast. One short line under the photo is enough, and one approved template can carry a different photo every time.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Invite agents to answer chats and marketers to send broadcasts, each with only the permissions you give them.
Where is our data kept?
